Intelligent Building System
Building Systems is excited about our current involvement in the concept and design phase of a new building system in the UAE featuring intelligent building design.
The project will feature a customized active curtain wall packaged with internal light reflecting blinds, and a cool air barrier running through the façade system. The building will make use of solar power and use brightness sensors to determine the amount of light generated which can be reflected inside the building to reduce artificial lighting requirements.
